1. Service description
MeetFlow is a self-hosted AI scheduling assistant that helps coordinate meetings via email. It is deployed and operated on your organization's infrastructure at meetflow.sh.
2. Eligibility
MeetFlow is available to users authorized by the organization operating this deployment. Access is managed through email domain allowlists and, optionally, a registration and approval process configured by your administrator.
3. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to the assistant.
- You must not use MeetFlow to send spam, harass others, or violate any applicable laws.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your calendar OAuth credentials. If you believe your access has been compromised, contact your administrator immediately.
4. Calendar and email access
By connecting your calendar through the OAuth consent flow, you grant MeetFlow permission to read your calendar events, create and modify events on your behalf, and read emails addressed to the assistant. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings.
5. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of your data. MeetFlow processes your calendar and email data solely to provide scheduling services. Your organization controls all stored data and can delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. AI-generated content
MeetFlow uses AI to understand scheduling requests and compose email responses. While MeetFlow strives for accuracy, AI-generated scheduling proposals should be reviewed by participants. MeetFlow is not responsible for scheduling errors, missed meetings, or conflicts arising from AI-generated suggestions.
7. Availability
As a self-hosted service, availability depends on your organization's infrastructure. MeetFlow is provided as open-source software and does not guarantee uptime or support.
8. Limitation of liability
MeetFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetFlow and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of MeetFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact your organization's administrator or email assistant@meetflow.sh.
